Engagement 01
Strategic Threadwork Session
A structured one-day session at your office or at a meeting room in the central business district. The session identifies where AI may be threaded into your existing operations. It combines an interview round, a small workshop with operations representatives, and a written brief delivered the following week. The output names three or four practical starting points with notes on dependencies.
Suited for companies new to the topic, or for those who have been exposed to AI discussion but have not yet found a clear first step.

Woven Pilot Build
A pilot build that integrates one carefully selected AI capability into your systems across six to eight weeks. Common examples include enquiry classification, internal document search, and standard report drafting. The work moves through fortnightly checkpoint meetings and covers design, integration with existing tools, written documentation, and a structured handover.
A measured choice for teams who prefer to weave one careful thread before considering broader patterns. Often follows a Strategic Threadwork Session, though it can also begin independently when the scope is already clear.

Long-thread Stewardship
A six-month stewardship engagement for organisations operating AI tools who would benefit from steady outside perspective. The arrangement includes monthly check-in meetings, a shared written log of decisions and observations, light vendor management support, and a written closing brief at the end of the period.
The role stays intentionally supportive rather than directive. Often chosen by mid-sized firms in logistics, finance, and professional services who want a reliable outside perspective without committing to a large ongoing consultancy relationship.
What is included
- Monthly check-in meetings (one hour each, six over the period)
- Shared decision and observation log maintained throughout
- Light vendor management support and review
- Written closing brief at the end of the engagement
- Email access for questions between meetings
